The Experiential Learning Safety Check Card is an offline safety management app for teachers leading school field trips, excursions, and outdoor activities.

Even in sites with unstable networks, you can manage personnel roll calls, emergency contact lists, movement routes, safety checklists, and photo documentation in one place on a per-trip basis. ■ Recommended for:

■ Key Features

1) Field Trip Session Management

- Create, select, modify, and delete travel/activity sessions

- Roll calls, contact lists, itineraries, and photos are managed together based on the selected session

2) Personnel Roll Call

- Add, modify, or delete student rosters

- Bulk name entry (paste with line breaks)

- Check attendance and status (attendance n / total m)

- Reset roll call

3) Emergency Contact One-Tap

- Manage contacts for schools, police (112), fire department (119), hospitals, parent representatives, etc.

- Tap a contact to connect directly to the phone screen

4) Movement Route Timeline

- Configure itineraries in stages, such as Bus Departure → Rest Stop → Accommodation Arrival

- Display current stage and move to the next stage
- Connect to safety inspection targets for each stage and select “Open Inspection for Current Stage”

5) Safety Inspection Checklist

- Provides basic inspection items for buses, rest areas, accommodations, restaurants, mudflats, hiking, water activities, exhibitions, camping, etc.

- Allows direct addition, modification, and deletion of inspection targets/items

- Saves and resets check status

6) Photo Verification

- Takes a photo with the camera or attaches a photo from the gallery to an inspection item

- Views, zooms in on, and deletes thumbnails

- Photos are stored only in the app's internal storage

Create a session → Roll call → Verify emergency contacts → Proceed with movement route → Check safety inspection (+Photos)

■ Data & Personal Information

• The core data of this app (session, roster, contacts, inspection records, photos) is stored only within the device.

• The app does not transmit personal information to a server.

• An internet connection and an ad ID may be used to display advertisements (AdMob).

• Photos/Media: Select verification photos from gallery (Optional)

• Internet: Display advertisements

• All permissions are optional; even if you do not grant permissions, you can still use the basic checklist, roll call, contact list, and movement tracking functions.
